Start your evolution online, March 2026, then meet us in Malta for ten unforgettable days of movement, mastery, and Mediterranean bliss, July 4 -14, 2026.
Beginning online this March and culminating in-person on the magical island of Malta this July, the Hybrid Buddhi Teacher Training invites you on a journey of transformation, embodiment, and connection.
This isn’t just a training—it’s a rebirth. Over the course of several months, you’ll reconnect with your body, recharge your spirit, and expand your knowledge of the Buddhi method, all while preparing to step confidently into your role as a teacher and leader in the space of movement and empowerment.
The journey begins online with eight in-depth sessions spread between March and June, giving you the time and space to truly absorb the material. We’ll dive into every layer of the Buddhi experience—from anatomy and philosophy to energetic theory and sequencing—so by the time you arrive in Malta, you’re ready to embody it all.
Then, from July 4–14, it’s time to take it off the screen and into the sunshine. Each day of our in-person immersion is a blend of study, practice, exploration, and connection. You’ll refine your teaching skills, learn to lead full classes with confidence (and yes—shake your booty in the process!), and deepen your understanding of how Buddhi transforms both body and mind.
Between sessions, you’ll soak in the turquoise Mediterranean waters, wander through Malta’s ancient streets, and share unforgettable experiences with the group you’ve grown to know online.
By the end, you’ll leave not just with a 100-hour certification (recognized by Yoga Alliance for continuing education credits)—but with something much deeper: unshakable confidence, new lifelong friendships, and a renewed sense of purpose that extends far beyond the mat.
Whether you’re an experienced instructor or a passionate Buddhi student ready to take the next step, this training is your invitation to grow, expand, and lead.
✨ Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate.
Don’t wait—reserve your place and get ready for a summer you’ll never forget under the Mediterranean sun.
The Online Component - Learn, Integrate, & Lead From Home
Hosted live between March and June 2026 (with session times determined to best suit our global group), these online gatherings combine movement, theory, and personal development to help you embody the essence of Buddhi long before you arrive in Malta.
Each session includes:
✨ Instructor-led Buddhi classes to deepen your personal practice and begin learning the flow, sequencing, and energy behind each phase of a Buddhi class.
✨ In-depth theory modules exploring the “science behind the shake”—from the neuroscience of movement and entrainment to the energetic and emotional effects that make Buddhi so unique.
✨ Teaching methodology & leadership coaching to help you discover your authentic voice as a teacher. You’ll learn how to cue effectively, structure a class, set up your teaching space, and begin developing your own leadership style.
✨ Confidence-building practices to help you start embodying the identity of a Buddhi instructor—so that by the time you land in Malta, you’re already living it.
This phase is designed to fit seamlessly into your life. You’ll gain the full training experience without needing to take extended time away from work, family, or other commitments. And because all sessions are recorded and available for replay, you can revisit them anytime—deepening your understanding and integration at your own pace.
By the end of the online portion, you’ll have a strong grasp of Buddhi’s structure, philosophy, and science. You’ll already be moving, shaking, and thinking like a teacher—ready to take everything you’ve learned and bring it to life when we meet in Malta.
Malta - A Hidden Gem in the Mediterranean
🌊 Where Ancient Energy Meets Modern Magic
The in-person portion of your training takes place on the enchanting island of Malta—a destination that feels like it was made for transformation. Surrounded by turquoise waters, sun-drenched cliffs, and ancient cities, Malta offers the perfect balance of vibrant energy and deep stillness—a setting that invites you to expand, explore, and reconnect with yourself.
Throughout the training, we’ll take time to step off the mat and experience the magic of the island together. Curated excursions are woven into the program, giving you the chance to unwind, explore, and bond with your Buddhi squad without having to plan a thing. From wandering through ancient cities like Valletta and Mdina, to basking on golden beaches, and spending a day sailing the Mediterranean to explore neighboring islands—each experience is designed to nourish your spirit and create unforgettable memories.
Between moments of study and movement, you’ll find yourself immersed in the Mediterranean lifestyle—slow mornings, salt on your skin, laughter shared over long lunches, and sunsets that linger long after the day ends.
This isn’t just a training location—it’s part of the transformation itself. In Malta, every element of the experience works together: the practice, the people, the place, and the pulse of the island that reminds you how good it feels to be fully alive.

The Program - A Journey of Movement, Mastery, & Transformation
This training is a carefully crafted journey designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to step into your role as an inspiring leader — both for your students and for yourself. Whether you’re an experienced instructor or a devoted Buddhi practitioner ready to share your passion, this program will meet you exactly where you are and help you rise into the teacher you’re meant to become.
Across the hybrid experience — from our eight online sessions to our in-person immersion in Malta — you’ll explore every layer of the Buddhi practice: the physical, the energetic, and the emotional. This is not a crash course; it’s a fully immersive education that gives you time to digest, embody, and integrate everything you learn.
Each day begins with Buddhi asana and movement, where you’ll refine your technique and reconnect to the joy of your own practice. You’ll also gain extensive experience teaching your peers, learning to lead full classes from start to finish with confidence, presence, and flow.
We’ll dive deep into functional alignment, muscle engagement, and joint safety, ensuring that you can create classes that are both empowering and sustainable for your students’ bodies.
You’ll learn how to craft a class that’s more than a workout — a full-body, soul-shifting experience. From sequencing and cueing to setting the energetic tone of the room, you’ll master how to lead with clarity and intention. You’ll receive comprehensive class structure guidelines that help you prepare your students for peak poses and design classes that flow seamlessly from start to finish.
In Buddhi, music is medicine — and you’ll learn how to create playlists that enhance your class intention and emotional arc, turning each session into an experience. We’ll also explore how shaking, spiraling, and twerking facilitate emotional release, regulate the nervous system, and create coherence between body, mind, and heart.
You’ll gain insight into the physiology and energetics that make Buddhi so unique — from entrainment and heart coherence to the energetic anatomy of chakras and bandhas. This balance of science and spirituality gives you the tools to teach from a place of both depth and authenticity.
Teaching Buddhi is about so much more than leading movement — it’s about embodying leadership. You’ll explore your authentic teaching voice, refine your communication, and develop the confidence to hold space for your students with grace and power.
Buddhi thrives on connection. Throughout the training, we’ll cultivate a sense of sisterhood through bonding activities, reflective exercises, and shared experiences, both online and in Malta. You’ll leave not just with a certification, but with a tribe of like-minded women who will continue to uplift and inspire you long after the training ends.
By the time you complete the program, you’ll not only be ready to teach — you’ll have undergone a full transformation of your own. You’ll move differently, think differently, and feel differently — empowered, embodied, and fully alive.
This is more than a certification.
It’s a catalyst for growth that will ripple through every area of your life.
This program is fully eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits upon successful completion.
Meet Your Instructor
Felicia – Global Buddhi Yoga Educator, Mentor, and Movement Leader
I’m Felicia, and I’ve been passionately practicing Buddhi Yoga since 2012 — hooked from the very first twerk. This practice found me at a time when I needed it most, and while I initially joined for one reason, I discovered something far deeper. Buddhi Yoga cracked me open — it awakened my confidence, creativity, and connection to self. It helped me move through life with more vibrancy, self-trust, and an unshakable sense of inner power.
I’ve spent over a decade immersed in this practice, studying under its founder and master trainers through countless hours of education, practice, and mentorship. My first training was in 2016, and though I didn’t initially set out to teach, my passion to understand every layer of Buddhi — the science, the energy, the emotion — kept calling me forward. By 2018, that calling became a purpose.
One thing that stood out during my years of training was the gap between theory and embodied teaching. None of the programs I attended offered the opportunity to lead a full class from start to finish. That’s why, in my own program, I emphasize hands-on experience, mindset work, and leadership development — because true confidence comes from doing. My mission is to ensure you leave not just certified, but fully ready to guide others with clarity, confidence, and heart.
I designed this training to be the program I wish I had had when I was first making the transition from student to instructor — a truly comprehensive and science-based exploration of Buddhi Yoga that bridges anatomy, energy, and empowerment. It’s the most in-depth program of its kind, and I stand behind it fully. (But don’t just take my word for it — read the testimonials below!)
Since stepping into my role as a teacher, I’ve had the privilege of sharing Buddhi Yoga across the globe — from the U.S. to Colombia, Germany, Romania, Malta, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mexico, and beyond. I’ve introduced hundreds of students to this practice and watched it change their lives as profoundly as it changed mine. My approach is rooted in accessibility and joy — no gatekeeping, no intimidation, no cliques. Just movement, energy, and connection.
In addition to Buddhi Yoga, I’m a certified Vinyasa and Yin instructor and hold E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and YACEP credentials through the Yoga Alliance. I’ve taught over 1,500 hours of classes and have co-facilitated multiple teacher trainings around the world.
My teaching style is energetic, challenging, and heart-led. I create spaces where people feel supported to push limits, shed layers, and step into their fullest expression. My goal is always to empower you — to move, to lead, and to shine — both on and off the mat.
I can’t wait to guide you through this journey and witness you stepping into your own light as a Buddhi leader. Together, we’ll not only deepen your practice — we’ll elevate your voice, your confidence, and your capacity to make an impact.

That’s completely fine — many students join this training simply to deepen their personal practice and better understand the magic behind Buddhi. The program is designed to meet you exactly where you are. You’ll still take part in all the classes, workshops, and discussions, gaining an incredible depth of knowledge and a richer connection to your practice — far beyond what you could ever experience in a standard 60-minute Buddhi class. While only those who successfully lead a final class will be eligible for certification, teaching is not mandatory to participate in the program. You can decide whether or not to take part in student teaching practices. And if you later feel inspired to lead, you’ll have the option to submit your final class via video after the training to earn your certification. Whether you join to teach or to evolve personally, this journey will transform how you move, think, and connect — both on and off the mat.
Absolutely. In fact, this training was designed with you in mind. Even if you’re already certified, this program will take your understanding of Buddhi to an entirely new level. It’s the most comprehensive and in-depth curriculum of its kind — the result of years of research, refinement, and experience teaching across the globe. Many certified Buddhi instructors who’ve joined this program have shared that they were blown away by how much deeper they were able to go — both intellectually and energetically. You’ll expand your teaching skills, refresh your approach, and reignite your passion for the practice in ways that simply aren’t covered elsewhere. And if you’ve trained in similar fusion-style movement disciplines, this is your opportunity to return to the source — to reconnect with the original roots and intention of Buddhi Yoga. This program honors the lineage and essence of the practice while offering a modern, science-backed approach that will completely transform how you teach and experience movement. Think of this training as your Master’s in Buddhi — a chance to refine your craft, strengthen your voice as a leader, and reconnect to the “why” behind your practice.
Yes! This program is fully eligible for 100 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits. To receive CE credits, students must attend at least 90% of the online and in-person sessions and successfully lead a final class. This makes the training not only a transformative learning experience for your personal and teaching growth, but also a valuable way to enhance your professional credentials and expand your skill set across disciplines.
Nope — once you complete the training, the practice is yours. There are no annual fees, no membership dues, and no restrictions on teaching Buddhi Yoga under your own name. Unlike some programs that charge yearly fees just to use the name, this training is designed to empower you, not lock you in. You’ll leave fully certified and free to teach, share, and evolve the practice in your own way — with all the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to lead with authenticity.
